French Style Victorian Hat "Delphine" is designed over a soft wool base and perfect for your tea party. The hatband and bow are purple and silver Dupioni silk. The edge of the brim is accented with silver French style teardrop beads and French style gimp. The front of the hat is accented with 2 purple lilies and 2 silver butterflies. Purple and silver/gray ostrich feathers accent the crown of the hat. My hats are made with natural feathers, therefore each hat designed with feathers will have unique differences and variances.
Head measurement: 22 inches. I always include a hat size reducer.
