Return Policy: Due to the nature of the hat being made to order, so it’s basically a “one of a kind” and also for sanitation purposes I don’t accept returns. The hats shown on my site are samples of my designs. *** I’m a cottage industry and I work and design hats at my home. I have no available space to store returns.

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact at 509-233-8912 we may be able to solve it together. Buyers can contact me about any issues they may experience with an order and I will do my very best to work with you. We can always be a solution as I want you to “Love” your hat!

Shop Info: All my hats are “hand made to order”, so please allow 1 week for completion, if this is a rush order, please contact me before ordering! Keep in mind that My “Special Order” listed hats may take up to 6 weeks! If you need it sooner, you MUST call or email me so we can discuss the options before you order.

About My Hats: I use natural feathers on my hat designs, therefore…each hat designed with feathers will have unique differences and variances actually making your hat a “One of a Kind”. My trims are of the utmost elegance! I use mostly silks in my designs: taffeta, dupioni, chiffon, charmeuse, etc. I also use brocade satins and bridal satins. The flowers on my hats are either “new” or “unused vintage”. I choose only the finest laces available, my “Crystal Fairy” designs use my signature organza embroidered lace. My wool, buckram and sinamay hat bases are “hand made”. My hats bases that are referred to as “designer faux straw” or “designer faux horsehair” are imported from Taiwan.

Privacy Policy: At East Angel Harbor Hats, I respect your privacy! I will NEVER sell or distribute your name or personal information to outside parties. My customer Database is kept confidential and will only be used for direct communication between East Angel Harbor Hats and the customer. Upon purchasing any hat or item from my shop, please know that we do not store your credit card information, as it’s processed through our SSL (Secure Socket Layering) interface. If you make a phone order, I will keep your credit card information on file for 30 days and if you don’t make another order, it will be shredded.

Shipping Info: I ship for “free” in the continental USA using standard shipping which may include USPS Parcel, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. You’ll receive tracking info when your package ships. If you require a faster shipping such as priority or express, please contact me before you order. I’ll make a special listing for you so you can upgrade your shipping.

International Sales: All duties incurred at the country of destination is the responsibility of the buyer! ***East Angel Harbor Hats and shop owner are NOT responsible for your “Customs Duties”. Shipping internationally costs are very unpredictable and if there’s an issue with cost or time, I’ll contact you immediately…if we can’t resolve the issue with shipping, you will receive a full refund.
