Madame Rosalie is a beautiful white Fascinator hat. Perfect for a wedding, church or Derby! The Organza/Velvet Rose is extra large and measures about 12 inches across. The rose sits on a crinoline base and the base is edged with white satin. The fascinator is on a white satin covered 1/2 inch head band. It's very light and comfortable.

*How to measure your head:
Place the string or tape around your head about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. You need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size. I suggest measuring 3 times to make certain that you have the correct size.
