Kentucky Derby hat Edwardian hat "Titanic" is perfect hat for the Kentucky Derby or Ascot! It's designed over a navy blue designer horsehair hat base that measures 20 inches in diameter. The hat band and bow are white taffeta silk. Accented with two beautiful "NEW" unused vintage millinery velvet and organza roses. Perfect for church, tea party, Titanic event or anyplace that you'd like to wear it!

This hat size measures 22.5 inches and I can include a hat size reducer so it can be made smaller for a perfect fit. Please see instructions below: How to measure your head.

*How to measure your head:
Place the string or tape around your head about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. You need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size. I suggest measuring 3 times to make certain that you have the correct size.
