Black Kentucky Derby Hat "Mademoiselle Sabine" is designed over a double layer wide brim black sinamay hat. A huge red and black tinged millinery rose with the backdrop of a black sinamay bow. Elegant red and black ostrich plumes sweep around the brim of the hat. Perfect for Kentucky Derby, Titanic event or anyplace you would like to really dress fancy!

This hat is measures 22 5/8 inches and has a built in hat size reducer so it can be made smaller for a perfect fit.

*How to measure your head:
Place the string or tape around your head about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. You need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size. I suggest measuring 3 times to make certain that you have the correct size.
