"Mademoiselle Suzette" is designed over a red sinimay sinamay cloche hat base. The hat band is red dupioni silk and the bow is made of the same silk. The buckle on the bow is beautiful prong set rhinestones. The rhinestones in the bow accentuate the delicate silver sinamay threads in the hat base. This hat is really a dazzler and would look great for church, wedding, tea party or flapper party!

*How to measure your head:
Place the string or tape around your head about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. You need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size. I suggest measuring 3 times to make certain that you have the correct size.
