Victorian Hat Riding Hat "Spirit of Moulin Rouge" is perfect for New Years Eve party or tea party! It's also a great hat for your SASS event or sidesaddle riding. It's designed over a gorgeous soft red wool hat. The edge of the brim is accented with french style black teardrop beads and red gimp. The hat band is black silk. There's a two gorgeous old fashioned black millinery roses made of silk and organza accented with red satin leaves and lots of gorgeous fluffy red ostrich plumes billowing over the top of the crown accented with black cock feathers. The black silk bow in the back.

This hat size measures 22 inches ~ I can include a hat size reducer at no extra charge if you need it made smaller. Please see instructions below on how to measure your head.

All of my hats are handmade by me and they may vary slightly from the photograph, therefore making this hat virtually a "one of a kind".

Here's instructions on how to measure your head:
Place the string or tape around your head about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. You need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.
I suggest measuring 3 times to make certain that you have the correct size.Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
