Victorian Riding Hat Victorian SASS Hat Steampunk Hat Spirit of Tuscaloosa is designed over a made in the USA black wool base... the edge of the brim is trimmed with French style beads in a pretty shade of dark red wine and then it's accented with a black gimp. The front of the hat has two beautiful black silk and organza roses with a backdrop of tiny black coque feathers. The hat band is a black shot burgundy silk and the bow the same colored silk. The final touch is addition of the gorgeous ostrich feathers in black and a deep wine color. You'll love wearing this hat and it would look good with several different outfits!

This hat size measures 22 inches ~ I can include a hat size reducer at no extra charge if you need it made smaller. Please see instructions below on how to measure your head.

Here's instructions on how to measure your head:
Place the string or tape around your head about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. You need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.
I suggest measuring 3 times to make certain that you have the correct size.rrect size.Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
