"Carmen Miranda" headpiece is designed over a pillbox hat for stability. The hat is covered with gorgeous dupioni silk. The scarf that ties around the hat is also dupioni silk. The crown of the hat is covered with dupioni silk. Lovely grapes, orange, apple, lemon, lime and 2 bananas are some of the assorted fruit. Sprigs of fern and beautiful orchids accent the fruit. An elegant hand dyed ostrich feather sweeps up the back and gives the fruit a peek-a-boo effect. Lots of fun to wear to a Rio De Janeiro party or anyplace that you'd like to make a "BIG splash"!

Headpiece can be designed without feathers ~ Just ask when you call. Price will change to 299.00Here's instructions on how to measure your head:
Place the string or tape around your head about 1/8" above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. You need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.
I suggest measuring 3 times to make certain that you have the correct size.Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
