"Victoria" is designed over a black felt top hat. The hat band is black silk and there's black venise Venice lace in the dripping rose motif hand stitched to the silk. There's beautiful organza and satin black millinery roses accented with a soft black ostrich feather. The two tiered veil is made of tulle with a black satin edging and rhinestones scattered throughout. This hat is perfect for riding or if you need a mourning hat.
