"Victoria" is designed over a lined black pressed felt top hat.
The hat band is black silk and there's black venise Venice lace
in the dripping rose motif hand stitched to the silk. There's
beautiful organza and satin black millinery roses accented with
a soft black ostrich feather. The two tiered veil is made of
tulle with a black satin edging and rhinestones scattered
throughout. This hat is perfect for riding or if you need a
mourning hat. Also lovely for a Victorian reenactment or costume

"Mrs. Lincoln" is designed over a beautiful soft black wool hat
base. The front and back of the hat are accented with organza
and satin black millinery roses. The hat band is black silk. The
crown has beautiful black ostrich feathers billowing over
it...dainty black French style beads accent the hat brim and a
double black tulle veil edged with black satin ribbon cascades
down the back. This hat is dedicated to the memory of Mary Todd
Lincoln, who spent the last 20 years of her life in a state of
